Four geologists of the Sun Oil Company have surveyed the area and are consulting in Philadelphia on the merits of drilling operations, he said. Salt structures, a continuatiom of the Malagash belt, have also been found north of Oxford along Little River, Dr. Bell said. He spent the summer mapping the district for the Federal Department of Mines and Resources.
Monday Dr. Bell meet with provincial officials of the Department of Mines, Commission of Mineral Development, including Dr. A. E. Cameron, Deputy Minister of the Department.
